Cropping a 4:5 into a square is not a Facebook poster. Oviyo composes each size, and each size uses one poster allowance.

The important limits and choices before you spend on Oviyo.
What can I create with Oviyo?
Promotions, announcements, greetings, regional celebrations, services, products, minimal designs, and more. A single word is a valid instruction. You can also add photos for Oviyo to use or transform, without a promise of pixel-perfect reproduction.
Can I upload a poster I already have?
Yes. Finished artwork uses the separate manual-upload allowance shown with your plan. Source photos attached to a new generation are creative inputs and are not counted as finished-artwork uploads.
What counts as one generated poster?
Each generated size uses one poster allowance. A 4:5, 1:1 and 9:16 set uses three posters. Sharing or downloading the same generated poster again is free, and channels using the same size can reuse it.
How do included edits work?
A requested edit to each output size uses one monthly edit. Editing several sizes can use several edits. Automatic quality correction under Oviyo’s delivery policy is included and does not use a poster or user-edit allowance.
Can I exchange an edit for another poster?
Yes. You can explicitly exchange one unused monthly edit for one extra poster during the current billing period. The converted poster expires at the end of that period and does not roll over; the exchange is never automatic.
Do unused posters roll over?
Unused monthly plan posters remain available through the following billing period, capped at your plan’s monthly poster allowance. Monthly edits and posters created by exchanging an edit do not roll over.
How long do poster top-ups last?
Purchased top-ups have no scheduled expiry while your paid subscription stays active. If subscription access ends, remaining top-up posters expire 90 days later. Top-ups do not keep subscription access active by themselves.
What happens when generation fails?
The reserved poster or edit is returned to its original allowance grant without changing its expiry. This is an allowance reversal, not an instant cash-refund promise.
Can I control my logo and colours?
Yes. Choose whether to include your saved business name, logo and colours for each poster. These selections guide the result; they do not guarantee exact reproduction, and you should inspect every result.
Which channels are supported?
Oviyo prepares Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp-ready sizes. Instagram and Facebook publishing works through supported connected accounts; WhatsApp uses sharing tools rather than a promise of automatic posting. Google Business features are coming soon.
