What Oviyo is
Oviyo helps businesses create campaign posters and captions in multiple channel-ready sizes. You can download the files and, where supported, publish approved content to connected social accounts.
Data we collect
We collect only what is reasonably needed to operate your workspace:
- account details such as your name, email, and sign-in information
- business details, including your shop name, contact information, and address
- brand assets such as logos, colours, and product photographs
- campaign briefs, prices, generated posters, captions, and revision notes
- basic usage and device information used to keep the service reliable
How we use data
We use this information to create and secure your account, personalise requested campaigns, store workspace history, publish approved content, provide support, process payments, and protect the service.
We do not sell personal data or use your campaigns for advertising.
Service providers
We use service providers only where needed to operate Oviyo, including Supabase for authentication and storage, Vercel for hosting and analytics, Razorpay for payments, optional Google and Meta connections, and image-generation providers for requested artwork.
Some providers may process data outside India. We share only the information needed to perform the relevant service.
Retention
We keep your account and workspace while you use Oviyo. After account closure, personal data and stored export files are generally deleted within 60 days unless applicable law requires a longer record. Files already downloaded to your device remain under your control.
Your choices
You can correct most business and brand information in Settings. To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, contact support@manilabs.co. We may retain limited records where required by law or to resolve a dispute.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted server credentials. No online system is perfectly secure. Contact support@manilabs.co promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Children
Oviyo is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
