Using Oviyo
You must be at least 18 and use Oviyo for your own business or one that has authorised you. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping sign-in details secure, and activity performed through your account.
The service
Oviyo turns your offer, business details, and optional images into campaign posters and captions. Supported formats, publishing channels, features, plans, and limits may change as the product develops.
Plans and allowances
Paid plans provide the campaign allowance shown at checkout. Prices include GST where stated. A campaign allowance is used when Oviyo completes a campaign set, including its supported channel adaptations.
Unused allowances have no cash value and cannot be transferred. See the Refund Policy for payment and failure cases.
Your content
You retain ownership of logos, photographs, briefs, and business information you provide. Subject to applicable third-party rights, you may use generated posters and captions commercially for your business.
You grant Oviyo a limited licence to store, process, and generate from your content only as needed to provide the service.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to use everything you upload. Review prices, dates, product names, contact details, claims, and generated artwork before publishing. Automated output can contain mistakes and may not satisfy every platform rule.
Acceptable use
Do not use Oviyo to:
- create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful campaigns
- misrepresent another person or business
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
- resell account access without written permission
Availability
We aim to keep Oviyo available but may pause or change it for maintenance, security, provider limitations, or events outside our control. The service is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Mani Labs is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or data lost from your own device. Total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for Oviyo in the three months before the claim, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
Suspension and closure
You may stop using Oviyo at any time. We may suspend or close an account for material breach, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal necessity. Personal data is handled after closure as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as Oviyo changes. Material updates will be shown on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, subject to consumer and other rights that cannot be waived.
