Using Oviyo
You must be at least 18 and use Oviyo for your own business or one that has authorised you. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping sign-in details secure, and activity performed through your account.
The service
Oviyo turns your instructions, business details, and optional images into campaign posters and captions. Supported formats, publishing channels, features, plans, and limits may change as the product develops.
Plans and allowances
Paid plans provide separate allowances for posters generated with Oviyo, user-requested edits, and finished artwork you upload, as shown at checkout. Prices include GST where stated. Each generated output size uses one poster allowance, and editing each output size uses one edit allowance. Downloading, sharing, scheduling, or preparing an existing poster to publish does not use another poster allowance.
Unused monthly poster allowances remain available through the following billing period, up to the plan’s monthly rollover cap. Monthly edits do not roll over. If offered in your account, you may explicitly exchange an available monthly edit for one extra poster that expires at the end of the current billing period. Purchased top-up posters have no scheduled expiry while the subscription stays active; after subscription access ends, the expiry shown in your account applies.

Your content
You retain ownership of logos, photographs, campaign details, and business information you provide. Subject to applicable third-party rights, you may use generated posters and captions commercially for your business.
You grant Oviyo a limited licence to store, process, and generate from your content only as needed to provide the service.
AI-generated results
Oviyo uses automated systems to create artwork and copy. Results can contain factual, spelling, visual, branding, cultural, or platform-fit errors. Review names, prices, dates, contact details, claims, logos, likenesses, imagery, and usage rights before publishing.
We do not guarantee that a result will be unique, exactly match a creative direction, be suitable for every commercial purpose, or be accepted by a social platform. A generation provider may also moderate or refuse a request, or be temporarily unavailable.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to use everything you upload and remain responsible for the campaign you choose to publish. Do not treat generated content as verified business, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Oviyo to:
- create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful campaigns
- misrepresent another person or business
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
- resell account access without written permission
Availability
We aim to keep Oviyo available but may pause or change it for maintenance, security, provider limitations, or events outside our control. The service is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Mani Labs is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or data lost from your own device. Total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for Oviyo in the three months before the claim, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
Suspension and closure
You may stop using Oviyo at any time. We may suspend or close an account for material breach, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal necessity. Personal data is handled after closure as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as Oviyo changes. Material updates will be shown on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, subject to consumer and other rights that cannot be waived.
