Overview

Oviyo sells digital subscription access and campaign allowances. Because access and allowances are made available after a confirmed payment, completed purchases are generally non-refundable except where this policy or applicable law requires otherwise.

Subscriptions

You may cancel recurring billing at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally refund the current billing period. Your plan and unused allowance remain available until the end of the paid period, subject to the plan terms shown in your account.

Top-ups

Campaign top-ups are non-refundable after they are credited to your account. Unused top-up allowances have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

Eligible refunds

Contact us if payment succeeded but the purchased plan or allowance was not delivered, you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or the wrong paid product was provisioned.

We may also issue a refund where Oviyo cannot provide the purchased service or applicable law requires one.

Failed campaigns

If campaign generation fails for a reason recorded on our side, Oviyo returns the reserved campaign allowance to your account. This is an allowance reversal, not a cash refund. Subjective dissatisfaction with a completed campaign does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Requesting a review

Email support@manilabs.co with your account email, payment date, amount, and Razorpay payment reference. Please do not send card, bank-account, OTP, or password details.

Processing

We review requests against payment and account records. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the amount appears after the refund is initiated.

Other rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Indian law. It should be read with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
